JESSIE SAINTCYR, ESQ.

A sought-after speaker and trainer on organizational leadership, faith and personal leadership, career paths, and employment law practices, Jessie bridges the gap between law, faith, and leadership. She has worked with universities, government entities, chambers of commerce, legal groups, business, and ministry audiences globally.
Jessie brings a rare blend of legal expertise, executive leadership, ministry service to every platform she serves. An attorney, management consultant, ministry leader, and multilingual soprano, Jessie has nearly 20 years of organizational and board-level leadership experience helping organizations strengthen culture, advance compliance, and elevate workplace practices.
Her work spans anti-discrimination and anti-harassment practices, workplace investigations, policy development, audits, compliance, employment law, leadership training, and workforce development. She previously served as a Massachusetts state official, where she supported award-winning workforce strategies and HR transformation, earning recognition for distinguished public service.
A devoted Christ-centered leader, Jessie has served in church ministry and evangelism for much of her life. She is an ordained deacon, longtime psalmist, and music ministry member. She actively serves at her church in Fort Worth Texas. Her commitment to Christian scholarship and global ministry has included fellowships with the Harris Institute’s Oxford and Cambridge University Colloquies and the Alliance for Black Pentecostal Scholarship in Africa.
Jessie’s leadership has also extended to board service with Gordon College, Freedom House, and YMCA Training, Inc.
She holds a Juris Doctorate from Thurgood Marshall School of Law, a Master’s in Strategic Leadership from North Central University, and an undergraduate degree from Gordon College. Jessie is a member of the Massachusetts Bar.

As a powerful, versatile soprano, Jessie ministers through national anthems, gospel and classical music, singing fluently in French, Haitian Creole, and English, with occasional performances in Latin and Spanish. Whether leading worship, opening a major event, or presenting in concert, she brings excellence, reverence, and a deeply rooted passion for God’s presence.
Raised in a Christ-Centered and musical family with nine siblings, Jessie’s gift was shaped through church, school, family performances, and formal vocal training. Encouraged by her parents and maternal grandfather, she developed as a soloist and continued to sing through family performances, with school bands, and at community and ministry events with national and international recording artists.
After a 10-year hiatus devoted to law, public service, and ministry, Jessie returned to singing with renewed purpose and joined the music ministry at her Fort Worth church. By God’s grace, her voice has reached national and international audiences in the US, Africa, and UK.
